I’ve had stomach pain during times when I get overly excited or stressed out and so I went to the doctor to find out what it is. They did a blood test, X Ray, and CAT scan and told me everything is normal, but Im confused. Why would I be having such a burning stomach ache…? Is there any method to tell whether you have stomach ulcers or not?

I had ulcerative colitis, which is ulcers in the intestines. One of the symptoms was blood in the stool. And in case you don’t already know this, what most people say is there “tummy” or “stomach” is actually there duodenum; a part of the large intestine.
I guess this probably isn’t what you’re looking for but hopefully you can take something from it.
