I would hope they all do. I my experience as a technologist Radiologist are much better at it than GYN’s. It is harder to learn the fluoroscopy than the instrumentation. I know that may seem counterintuative but, I found the GYN’s to be overly rough with patients and couldn’t get their foot of the damn peddle!

Well, they are there to learn, and how could they learn to do the procedure unless they do the instrumentation? Surgical residents cut, don’t they? OB residents deliver, don’t they? I don’t know they number or percentile you are looking for, but a radiology resident should gain experience in the procedure while she is a resident.
